After the hottest summer on record, London is suddenly hit by The Big Freeze and this is no ordinary cold snap!
As Christmas approaches, the city is frozen solid and its festive spirit seems to be disappearing with the temperature. But while everyone else has given up on Christmas, larger-than-life shopkeeper Mrs Mistletoe is determined to keep the magic alive, helped by her young assistants Viv and Bun and her friends from the flower shop next door.
But someone is watching…
The mysterious Snow Queen, Adele Dazeem, has plans to make winter last forever and when she sets her sights on the kind-hearted Kai, it’s up to Gerda and her friends to venture into the cold and bring him home before the clock strikes midnight on Christmas Eve.
With a little help from Noel, the Spirit of Christmas, can they melt a frozen heart, defeat the Snow Queen and bring Christmas back to London?
