Our broth is carefully emulsified to create a smooth, velvety texture and a deep, savoury beef flavour — rich and full-bodied, yet beautifully balanced on the palate. Fine ramen noodles carry the broth in every bite, with a smooth texture and the perfect amount of chew.
Generous slices of roasted Wagyu beef are laid across the bowl. Tender and pink at the centre, with delicate marbling and a touch of black pepper, they bring depth and richness to every mouthful. A soft marinated egg completes the bowl, adding another layer of richness alongside the beef broth and noodles.
