The restaurant frequently posted updates and special offers on social media. On May 27, 2023, they advertised a £15 Lunch Menu available from 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The day before, they announced a live performance by Adam Kelly from 7pm to 9pm. They also shared a special burger called "The Daddy Cool" for Father's Day, which featured a 6oz British Angus Patty, coke braised pulled pork, turmeric mayo, gherkin ribbons, and smoked cheese.
Additionally, Hello Burger Hayes brought back their popular Roast Dinner on Bank Holiday Monday from 12pm to 5pm. They offered beef, chicken, and a vegetarian option alongside their regular burger menu. Sunday Roasts were also reintroduced every Sunday from 12pm.
However, despite its popularity and frequent updates on social media, Hello Burger Hayes has permanently closed its doors.
