Voodoo chicken with dirty Korean red pepper rice..the voodoo chicken marinates for 24 hours, roasted in the oven with lime and olive oil for 20 mins and then we extract the oil, add Sumac and top up with chilli oil and griddle the chicken for 2 mins and it’s the softest chicken you ever did chew...tarragon aioli to dress. White pepper, smoked paprika and onion powder dust covered garlic buttermilk fried chicken or try our sexy healthy ribs all cooked in front of you on the grill outside so you can keep it n the go.
