We’ve believed from day one since we opened in 2016, that great food starts with simple ingredients, prepared with care.
Every day, in each of our restaurants, our teams cook from scratch using fresh ingredients in kitchens that are open for everyone to see. ❤️
We make our sauces, prepare our ingredients, and cook our food fresh every day. No unnecessary shortcuts. No trying to make food more complicated than it needs to be.
Cooking this way isn’t always the easiest path. It takes more time, more effort, and more care from our teams.
We also know that choosing food isn’t always simple. Convenience, affordability, and time all matter. The food industry is complex, and change doesn’t happen overnight.
But we can all play a part! 🫶🍝

Our St. Katharine Docks restaurant has recently had a little glow up! ✨ With a refreshed look and some new touches, it’s the perfect time to come and visit.
With sunnier days starting to appear in London, our terrace is the ideal spot to sit back, soak up the sunshine and enjoy the dockside views (with a spritz in hand, of course). 🍹

This year was a particularly special year for us, as it was the year Emilia’s was born! 🥹
We opened our first restaurant in St. Katharine Docks on the 23rd November 2016, and since then we’ve grown into a collection of 5 pasta restaurants across London! 🍝

What people say
Emilia's Crafted Pasta is an Italian restaurant in London that has been making waves on social media with their exciting updates and tantalizing offerings. With their new restaurant on Baker Street set to open soon, anticipation is building for what promises to be a remarkable dining experience.
One of the highlights of Emilia's Crafted Pasta is their 100% natural gelato, made in the Piemonte region of Northern Italy. Using only fresh and delicious natural ingredients, this gelato comes in four mouthwatering flavors. Whether you're a fan of classic favorites or adventurous combinations, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The attention to detail in Emilia's Baker Street design is truly impressive. Combining the building's art deco history with traditional Italian Trattoria elements, the restaurant exudes an intimate yet bustling ambiance. The use of natural and earthy toned materials such as terracotta, marble, terrazzo, and wood creates a rustic feel that is at the heart of Emilia's brand DNA. The addition of a Murano glass chandelier and sculptural neon light features adds a touch of sophistication and elevates the space to another level.
With soft launch dates and details set to be announced in November, food enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to experience Emilia's Crafted Pasta firsthand. Whether you're planning a gathering with pasta-loving friends or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience, Emilia's Crafted Pasta is sure to deliver.
Stay tuned for further updates from Emilia's Crafted Pasta as they continue to bring their passion for authentic Italian cuisine to London.
