Yesterday despite the weather 🌦️ wind 💨 and ☔️ we made our debut at Richmond Bike Park and want to say thank you. Amazing comments and we were over the moon to sell our bakes and hot drinks. Our loaded hot chocolates were a firm favourite. Caffeine helped the parents too!!!

This morning it’s too windy 🌬️ so we simply can’t support. 😞
However it’s good to see some riders arriving.

Just a heads up- we’ve been kept so busy of late and are aware we’ve been quiet on our social media pages.

We are happy to share that Sip Coffee is teaming up with Richmond Bike Park to offer refreshments whilst you are out enjoying the trails.

We are going to put ourselves up in the top carpark off Barrack Hill at the entrance to the park and racecourse.

We are not limited to just the bike park so anyone passing (or wants to drive up and see us) is more than welcome to get a great hot drink, sweet treat or chocolate bar or bag of crisps.
We have bottled drinks and cans available for rehydration too.

We have giant lamingtons appearing in the market today (Richmond)

Chocolate snickers -
Chocolate sponge, caramel and peanut crunch filling dipped heavily into milk chocolate and topped with peanuts.

Raspberry & white chocolate
A vanilla sponge, homemade raspberry jam centre and dipped in white chocolate- sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries.

Lemon and coconut (ve)
A lemon sponge, filled with homemade vegan lemon curd, dipped in lemon icing and tossed in desiccated coconut.

Giant hobnob style cookies (gf & ve)
Deep pan bake - drizzled with a smooth dark chocolate.

We haven’t posted for a while- because we have been busy.
Out on location as well as at home with buffets, corporate events and birthday cakes.

This week is no exception! We have a couple of cakes to go out and two events.

Last weekend saw us up a Bolton castle and the monks did not install WiFi!

Sunday morning finds us at richmondschool_sfcollege this morning and Richmond kite flying day up at the racecourse this afternoon.
Lots of stalls here already and more arriving as I speak.
Come down ,grab a coffee and a breakfast bun and have a mooch around for something you might need

Restock day today ready for another double tomorrow.
Who fancies grabbing a bargain at the car boot? Remember the saying someone’s rubbish is another persons treasure!!

We will be there with our amazing coffee! Of course we will have other hot and cold drinks too.

Then we are flying up to the racecourse to join the 🪁 kite event.

The second,that’s right second.event of the day finds us at Catterick Saddle Club.
It’s amazing how fast we can get packed up and down again.
Hopefully Wendy has five minutes to herself tomorrow before another doubler on Sunday but I doubt it.
Especially with a birthday cake order just taken

Had the absolute pleasure this evening catering for a couple whom tie the knot Friday.
The setting @ the yorkshireweddingbarn is truely beautiful.
We worked hard all evening to ensure the guests weren’t left hungry.
Serving our popular Buddha bowls, chilli and hand made smash burgers. At times it was manic- but everyone seemed happy to have a drink at the bar and mingle with others whilst they waited for their buzzer to come to light!

We are back for breakfast in just 5.5 hours to serve again.

Our coffee and breakfast buns will hit the spot for any hungover or hungry person!!

With lighter options of pastries, granola, berry yoghurt pots or even a tiramisu breakfast pot.

I’m sure everyone will be happy!

After a late night serving food at JTs we are both out again bright and early this morning.

I am here a Catterick Saddle Club with Prudence (our horse box kitchen) and Cheryl & Jacob and a new team member are over at Scorton Feast Gymkhana

We are being kept busy that’s for sure
