Dummy Runs...COMPLETED ✔️
After 6 weeks of closure, we finally got to put the new Plough to test and open our doors for our dry runs! ✨
We’ve loved welcoming our friends, family, some of our guests, and teams from our sister sites to try us out and help us find our feet.
A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the last six weeks— the amazing head office trainers, GMs, assistant managers, our ops manager, and every single person who lent a hand during training. We couldn't have done it without you!
Tomorrow is a big day! We open from 4pm!

Our first week of team training has officially commenced, and we’ve been busy brushing up on our skills to be ready for opening!
We had an amazing tour at the McMullen's Brewery! We learnt all things b**r, and saw how the magic happens!
We have been brushing up on our guest service skills and going back to basics in the classroom so we’re 100% ready to look after our lovely guests.
Putting our communication and teamwork to the test with some serious (and hilarious) team-building challenges.

It’s nearly been two weeks since we closed our doors for our refurb!
We’re missing all of our amazing guests and team at The Plough so much, but seeing the transformation take shape makes it all worth it.
So many exciting changes and thoughtful details are being added behind the scenes every day. We can’t wait to see where things stand after another week of progress! 😍

To reach the pub and beer garden, take the train or bus to Enfield town station. From there, take a taxi or walk along the main road towards Cattlegate Road until you see the establishment on your left. For those driving, take the M25 and exit at junction 25 towards Enfield. Follow the signs to Cattlegate Road and park in the nearby parking lot on your right-hand side. The pub is located just across from it.
