The keys have been handed over to the contractors, the pub is packed up, and refurbishments are officially UNDERWAY! 🔨✨
We are going to miss you all while we’re away, but we genuinely can’t wait to welcome you back to show off our shiny new look. 😍
Don’t worry though—you can still catch some of our amazing team popping up at our sister pubs while we’re closed! Keep an eye on our page for refurb updates, progress photos, visiting the team and a reopening date! 📸

Farewell Charmaine! 💔🥲
After 9 and a half years, we’re saying a bittersweet goodbye to our wonderful Team Leader Charmaine.
She’s recently moved out of the area so will be transferring to a sister pub The Millstream in Hitchin! (Look after her for us please ☺️)
Charmaine will be missed by us all!
There will be some leaving drinks Saturday evening at The Plough for anyone who wishes to join her with a big farewell hurrah!! 🥂

From there, take a taxi or walk along the main road towards Cattlegate Road until you see the establishment on your left. For those driving, take the M25 and exit at junction 25 towards Enfield.
