Designed by Rich Woods (), the cocktail programme at Arcade takes a culinary approach to drinking.
Built around seasonality, sourcing and flavour, each drink follows a considered process - from ingredient to method to final serve. Across the menu, you will find creative serves like the Mango Lassi and Bounty Old Fashioned, to the unexpected mix of fruity and vegetal flavours in the Cactus & Red Pepper Paloma.
Fresh elements are handled with care, techniques are used with purpose, and every detail earns its place - resulting in cocktails that are as considered as they are expressive.
Our Arcade Signatures are exclusively available at Covent Garden.

Introducing Pablos Taqueria, our newest kitchen set to make its debut at Arcade Covent Garden this Friday. Inspired by the energy of Mexico City and it’s late-night taquerias, Pablos is built around smoky grills, vibrant plates and the kind of food that’s made to be shared.
Expect herbed guacamole topped with spiced pepitas, served alongside crisp totopos and sweet plantain chips. Fried flautas filled with potato and Oaxaca cheese finished with burnt jalapeño crema. And for the centre of the table: the Pescado sharing dish. Masa battered fish, salsa macha mayo, lettuce amd pico de gallo, alongisde six corn tacos
Every plate is built around contrast - smoke against citrus, richness cut through with heat, fresh herbs against deep spice. Food brimming with energy from the first salsa to the last bite of horchata tres leches.
