I loved working with P&R for their Mexican themed wedding cake. The bright, vibrant colourscheme echoed the delicious flavours: chocolate and vanilla marble cake with fresh lime buttercream.

Celebrating 50 Years of Rough Trade Records: After creating a number of cakes for bands on the Rough Trade roster, of course I was asked to create a bespoke cake marking half a century of one of the UK’s most iconic independent music institutions. Rough Trade’s legacy is built on community, creativity and culture, and they celebrated in style at the Royal Festival Hall with a line-up which included Scritti Politti and Pulp.

To top off the celebrations, the showstopping cake featured none other than Jarvis Cocker, leading the celebrations with his unmistakable charm. A true moment of music history, captured in cake form. Take a peek at the celebration here: bit.ly/4zkMsUE
