This week has been full on, but I've still made time to celebrate . As a Cake Maker, we all know that the sunshine is not the best thing for buttercream cakes, so I've made sure today's cakes are extra chilled. While the cakes keep cool and do their thing, I've popped out to enjoy the sunshine (more pics in my stories).

I have had the pleasure to collaborate with the Oloshi Collective; a group of artisans to host Oloshi26 – The first of many exhibitions showcasing contemporary creatives using the mediums of painting, sculpture, poetry, photography, song, textiles, and video. I have submitted a selection of black and white, behind the scenes, still life photographs, of work in the Delights Kitchen.
Oloshi26 runs until Tuesday 21 April in a Shoreditch gallery. If you are free to attend a private viewing this evening 7.00pm – 9.00pm (Champagne reception and cakes by me), please DM me for details and directions (and to add you to the guest list). Entry to the event is by invitation only.
