These truffle & burrata Triangoli got on the menu as a seasonal pasta back in 2024 and it hasn’t left our menu since because of how popular it is. Creamy, savoury and comforting - what’s not to love?

Our Autumn favourites:
🥩 Pappardelle with ox cheek and red wine ragu, topped with herby pangrattato (crispy toasted breadcrumbs) - classic for a reason. Warming and comforting, best paired with richer wines like Sangiovese or Syrah.
🌱 Eggless Bucatini with homemade pesto Genovese, courgette and fresh chilli. Herbal and aromatic with a hint of warmth, pair it with lighter whites like Soave or Sauvignon Blanc.

Our version of Carbonara is a bit different to what you might he used to, but we honour the traditional principles of this iconic dish. Egg yolks, pecorino and crispy Guanciale. What else could you want from a perfect cosy bowl of pasta?

Ox cheek and red wine ragú with herbs and crisp pangrattato - sometimes with pappardelle, sometimes with reginette, but the sauce always stays the same (and iconic).
