September is a particularly delicious time of year. A little breeze in the air, the first hint of autumn, and some of our favourite flavours of the year return.
This month we have some brand new gelato, sorbet and cremolato recipes for you to try, alongside classics that we know you love as deeply as we do - Uva Fragola, Stracchino & Fig, and our very special Walnut sorbet.
They all pair beautifully together and we can’t wait for you to try them.

Yoghurt & Wild Berries - a lovely mix of cherries, blackberries and raspberries :)
Here until our new flavours start popping up next week…

“The pistachio is the best I’ve had in this city.” - Ruby Tandoh, Ice Cream City, a pocket sized guide to the best scoops in London from Vittles
Pistachio Intenso was born in the late summer of 2024 and quickly became a classic that is here to stay. The clue is in the name – pure DOP pistachio paste for maximum flavour and creaminess without the dairy.

Our Cherry Cremolato has been immortalised in print, with our recipe appearing in FT Weekend .
Having launched Cremolato at the end of June, we’ve been delighted by how much you’ve all taken to it. Somewhere between a granita and a sorbet, Cherry has been your favourite and remains firmly on the menu – full of flavour, with satisfying pieces of cherry hiding amongst the delicate ice crystals.
With the heat having no intention of leaving us just yet, we’ve got a couple of newcomers to keep us cool until the end of summer: Pistachio and Peaches & Wine.
Come and try new flavours this month, or make a Cherry Cremolato yourself at home with Jacob Kenedy’s recipe, available online at FT.com.

Banana Stracciatella! slightly overripe bananas go into our Fior Di Latte for a light and delicately sweet gelato, generously drizzled with dark chocolate for satisfyingly chunky shards we know you love and appreciate.
Incredible with a scoop of our Burnt Caramel, Hazelnut or Bitter Chocolate 🍌 🥛 🍫 on our specials until the end of the month.

Our August flavours have arrived.
Seasonal favourites Yellow Peach, Watermelon and Fig Leaf are here, alongside your favourite Banana Stracciatella, Lemon & Rosemary, Yoghurt & Wild Berry Ripple, and plenty more.
After proving so popular, Sour Cherry Cremolato is staying on the menu :) joined by two new flavours: Peach & Wine, made with juicy poached wine peaches, and Pistachio for the purists.
Have you stopped by to try them yet? We’d love to hear which flavour combos you’ve tried. All flavours now up online for delivery tub orders too.
P.S. Keep an eye out for a special visitor arriving later this month…
