Baba, lemon curd & rhubarb: a terribly shy and retiring little number... Savarin is soaked in a lemon & orange peel syrup and just enough rum, then glazed until it winks like a disco ball. Served with lemon curd, Chantilly and an extra zhuzh of rhubarb.

Drum roll please: we are OPEN! The tables are set, the stoves are hot, the fridges and countertops heave with a cornucopia of glorious produce. Come, feast on snail bon-bons and lobster vol-au-vents! Fill your glasses with an array of good Burgundies! While away an afternoon over a coupe of ice cream - the most wonderful way to spend a Monday!

Indeed this is the only one of our little handful of restaurants which is open on a Monday, for both lunch and dinner.
