We know many of you are eagerly awaiting the reopening of the London Apprentice, so we wanted to share a quick update.
As work has progressed, some additional restoration and building works have been needed to make sure everything is completed to restore our beautiful pub to the highest standard.
This does mean our transformation will take a little longer than planned.
Stay tuned for more updates - we can’t wait to welcome you back to the London Apprentice this summer ☀️

Our plans are all coming together nicely. The refurbishment continues at pace, not long until we reopen the doors of our historic pub and welcome our wonderful London Apprentice guests, old and new.
Jamie and the team will be open from Friday 12th June ☀️

We are proud to be the custodians of a pub so rich with Thames-side history. Our refurbishment will revitalise our interiors and unveil centuries of riverside stories dating back to 1731.
We’ll also be showcasing our new range of fine cask ale, premium craft beers, and a brand-new fine wine menu.

Our historic pub has been around since the 1700s.
Did you know the London Apprentice is thought to be one of the oldest inns on the Thames, overlooking the very steps once used by royalty?
Our beautiful signage has evolved over the years and we cannot wait to reveal its latest iteration in a couple of weeks…

Our doors are now closed for a sympathetic refurbishment.
We'll be back to reveal some incredible stories of the London Apprentice, an ancient riverside inn thought to be one of the oldest on the Thames… keep your eyes on our social pages for updates on our reopening.

And there it is! We are officially closed and will be reopening just in time for summer !!
We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this building and what adventures it is going to bring us

We’ll be closing our doors for a little while for an exciting transformation.
We’re still open this weekend and so pop in to see Jamie and the team before we close.
We're proud to be the caretakers of a pub so rich with history. It's our job to make sure it lasts for another few centuries, so we'll be taking care of some building maintenance and revitalising our interiors with a fresh new look.
