Founded in 1925, Castaing is a family-run company with a France wide reputation for preparing pates, foie gras, duck confit, cassoulet and French regional dishes of exceptional quality.

They supply la Grande Epicerie in Paris, the French equivalent to our Fortnum’s or Harrods. An outstanding range.

As part of our Autumn arrivals, we once again have the delicious goose confit prepared by Maison Godard in stock.

If you enjoy duck confit, you will enjoy goose confit - but the flavour is slightly different and something a little novel!

Each tin contains one large goose leg, which serves two very comfortably.

Our supplier, Maison Godard are reputed for producing very high quality French specialities and meals from Perigord.

All the range is 100% natural, in most cases gluten free and prepared with quality ingredients.

We supply the Perard soup range - one of France's most reputed producers and a company we have worked with since our beginnings 30 years ago.

And in more recent years, we have also introduced the excellent La Belle Iloise range from Quiberon in Brittany.
