We are looking for a new Supervisor to join our lovely FOH team - we are looking for someone with some restaurant experience and good vibes but most importantly someone with the right attitude that works well with others on every level.
You:
- Experience of working in a restaurant / running service, with a strong emphasis on the customer experience and looking after our local customers.
- Be a team player, work well in a team, especially under pressure.
- You thrive working in a busy, fast-paced, fun and friendly environment.
- A proactive individual with a fantastic attitude who communicates respectfully with all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Opening / closing the restaurant
- Preparing for service / carrying out daily cleaning
- Cash up at the end of the evening
- Assisting management team with running the restaurant
- Managing / looking after staff
- Customer service - dealing with any issues
We offer:
