The Queens Head and Artichoke, located on Albany Street in London, is a gastropub and pub that has something for everyone. The Victorian surroundings and charming knick-knacks lend it plenty of personality, making it a great place to visit. The tapas plates are full of flavor and offer a range of options from asparagus with a soft-boiled egg to oriental seafood skewers, via deep-fried breaded cauliflower with harissa, stuffed vine leaves & patatas bravas. If you're looking for a full meal, the Med-leaning menu offers delicious options such as gazpacho, braised Ibérico pork cheeks with Puy lentils or ratatouille with a baked egg, followed by a plate of fruit, honey & yoghurt. And if you're in the mood for something more traditional, their Sunday roast won't disappoint you. The Salmon & courgette roll with soy, sesame & olive oil is just scrumptious! The Queens Head and Artichoke is definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a handy local haunt that offers great food and drinks.
