We were delighted to welcome Bell Ribeiro-Addy MP for our official ribbon-cutting ceremony, celebrating the opening of Elephant & Barrel (yes almost a month later!) and officially introducing Stocky the Elephant to the heart of Stockwell.
It was a great opportunity to talk about the important role pubs play in bringing communities together, creating local jobs, and supporting the local economy. We also discussed the Government’s recent business rates reduction for pubs, bars and clubs, which will provide valuable support to venues like ours and help hospitality continue to thrive.
A huge thank you as well to the lovely team from Star Pubs for joining us to celebrate this special milestone. Your support means so much as we begin this exciting new chapter.
