Dodici operates on a simple motto: "What you put in is what you get out."

That's why we focus on making sure that every step of the process is of the highest quality. Our oven is handmade by Neopolitan craftsmen with generation of experience, many of our products carry the highest grade certification un the EU (PDO), our dough is handmade here with a custom recipe and proofed for over 24 hours before it sees the oven.
