What people say

Italian restaurants are known for their delicious food, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere. Orso Restaurant on Wellington Street in London was a prime example of all these qualities. Although it is now closed, its sister restaurant Joe Allen has opened at a new location on 2 Burleigh Street.

Orso Restaurant was a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The restaurant offered an extensive menu of Italian cuisine that included classic dishes such as pasta, pizza, and seafood. The food was always fresh and cooked to perfection by the skilled chefs.

The ambiance of Orso Restaurant was cozy and welcoming. The decor was simple yet elegant with dim lighting that created a romantic atmosphere perfect for a date night or intimate dinner with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest felt comfortable and satisfied.

Orso Restaurant also hosted special events such as Opera Dinners which were highly anticipated by regulars. The restaurant even raised £7,200 for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Children's Charity through an auction of its photographs.

Overall, Orso Restaurant will be missed by many who enjoyed its delicious food, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere. However, its legacy lives on through its sister restaurant Joe Allen which continues to serve up Italian cuisine in a new location on 2 Burleigh Street.
