THIS WEEKEND AT THE POTTERY
Following the devastating floods in Nepal, this tragedy feels especially close to us as one of our colleagues is Nepalese.
So this weekend, we would like to do our small part to help.
🍰 EVERY DESSERT = £3 DONATED
For every dessert ordered at The Pottery this weekend, we will donate £3 to the British Red Cross Disaster Fund, supporting the humanitarian response in Nepal and people affected by disasters.
If you would like to give a little more, you can also make your own donation directly through the British Red Cross.
EVERY £1 HELPS ❤️
All the money raised by The Pottery this weekend will be donated to the British Red Cross by Tuesday.

🦪 THE GREAT OYSTER DEBATE… CHEW OR SWALLOW? 😂
This is how I like mine: freshly opened, a little chimichurri 🌿, sea salt, a splash of Tabasco 🌶️ and fresh lemon 🍋.
And yes… if you look closely, the oyster is STILL MOVING. 👀🦪😂
But forget the toppings — we need to settle something much more important:

🦪 SHUCK YEAH! THIS IS HOW WE DO OYSTERS AT THE POTTERY. 🔪🌊
Fresh, cold and straight from the shell.
A little twist of the oyster knife, cut the muscle, loosen the oyster and keep that beautiful taste of the sea inside. Then comes the fun part… how are we dressing it? 👀
Lemon? 🍋 Shallot vinaigrette? 🌶️ Tabasco? Or a little chimichurri?
Sometimes the best food needs very little messing around with. 🦪❤️
