I moved back from Sydney to the UK almost 6 years ago to be with my mum when she wasn’t well — and this magazine was one of her favourites. This one feels full-circle.

I’ll be sharing the magic of sourdough baking and cooking wholesome meals—because tending to something slowly and with love (like a bubbling starter or a nourishing soup) reminds us to care for ourselves in the same way.
Claire () will hold powerful coaching sessions to support shifts and transformations—perfect if you’re feeling stuck, burnt out or just in need of a fresh perspective.
Sasha () will be leading beautiful, grounding yoga classes to bring you back into your body and breath, gently reawakening your energy.
You’re invited to join as much or as little as you like. Walks in the English countryside, dips in the pool, reading in the gardens or by the fire in one of the manor’s cosy corners—it’s all here for you. Nothing is compulsory. Everything is yours to choose.

Been loving the catering vibes lately—here’s a little roundup of what’s been coming out of the kitchen these past few weeks.
Lots of fresh spring ingredients showing up—wild garlic, asparagus, herbs, crunchy greens. Everything is vegetarian and plant-based, with a good mix of colour, texture, and all the nourishing stuff that feels good to eat.
Of course, Bernie’s Bakehouse sourdough always makes an appearance—can’t help it 😊
Thanks to everyone who’s had me cook for their gatherings recently—it’s been such a joy.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of catering a beautiful 50th birthday celebration, right in the heart of a garden marquee! It was such a joy to create a bespoke, family-style dining experience for this lovely occasion.
We started with pre-dinner canapés in the house and then moved up to the marquee for a feast of shared platters, followed by cake and cheese platters.
Here’s a peek at the delicious menu we served:
**Canapés**
- Chilled gazpacho shots topped with sourdough croutons and diced cucumber
- Blinis with aged macadamia nut ‘cheese’ and fresh figs
- Tandoori paneer cubes with minted yogurt and turmeric coconut
**Main Feast**
- Bruschetta on Bernie’s Bakehouse sourdough toast topped with homemade pesto
- Feta & summer greens filo triangles
- Miso roasted aubergine on sesame & spring onion rice
- Bernie’s Bakehouse focaccia (olive & rosemary / tomato & caramelized onions)
- Roasted cauliflower steaks with caper sauce on a bed of red pepper & almond romesco sauce
- Leafy green salad with avocado, cherry tomatoes, radish, & picked red onions
- Spinach & ricotta lasagne for the little ones
**Dessert**
- Birthday cake
- Cheese platter with Bernie’s Bakehouse sourdough & seeded crackers
