What a fantastic evening at our sold out Tide to Table supper with Wright Brothers.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to David for speaking so brilliantly about sustainability in the seafood world - from responsible aquaculture to the work being done with Cornish day boats and coastal fisheries.
It was a real pleasure to celebrate such exceptional British seafood with you all. 🦪

Valençay from Sébastien Vaillant is a small-production wine from one of the Loire’s lesser-known appellations, where Sauvignon Blanc is often softened with a touch of Chardonnay - think citrus peel, fresh herbs and a clean, mineral finish.
We love it with our radicchio, whipped vegan feta, beetroot & pecan salad.
The slight bitterness of radicchio, the earthiness of beetroot and the creaminess of the whipped feta all find balance in the wine’s bright acidity.
A quietly confident pairing, and one worth discovering if you’re looking for something a little off the beaten track.
