Comedy club is back on Thursday 5 November. Molly Mole is headlining, fresh from winning a national comedy competition, with Siobhan Dodd, Ches George, Pete Kinsella, Laura Walsh, Max Gill, Jo Phaure and wildcard Babetta Mann on before. Emilie-Kate Owen keeps order, Neil Long does the music.
Upstairs room, doors 7.40, show 8pm, £14. Small room, fills up, you know how this goes.

An Italian tasting menu at The Bell. Five small tasting plates, each paired with its own Italian w**e. It’s a tasting, so think generous sharing-size portions rather than five full meals, though nobody has ever left hungry.
