So sad to see the Red Gallery and Last Days of Shoreditch closing. I’ve had some amazing times Playing there over the years, always a top party. The Red gallery was a great cultural hub too, in 2016 I staged my 3 day long ‘Explorer’s Chronicle’ art and music happening there. It remains one of my favourite events that and wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support of all the fabulous folk at the Red Gallery. Thank you and well done everyone for all the years of peerless entertainment. X

I’ll be down there on Friday to help give it a right good send off! Arveene and Andy Bell will be playing the Last Days of Shoreditch from early evening... it’s going to be emotional.

Moonboots. is the personification of the term ‘Balearic’ itself; a transgenerational taste in records from across the genres and across the eras.

Moonboots has been a fixture of the Manchester scene since the Balearic boom in the late 80s. He runs the prolific vinyl label Aficionado Recordings together with fellow DJ Jason Boardman, a project that started out as a Sunday club night.

Since 2012, they’ve dished out more than a handful of 12” releases with an ever-surprising selection of underground acts at the fringes of what might be called Balearic.

What people say

Red Market, located in the heart of Shoreditch, London, is a unique and vibrant outdoor events space that has been making waves since its inception in 2008. As part of the Red Gallery project, Red Market has become known for its innovative approach to lifestyle and culture, featuring a multi-level outdoor main stage arena and indoor hang-out areas.

One of the standout features of Red Market is its pioneering night-time street food market, which was the first of its kind in the UK. With a range of food stalls and stands offering delicious cuisine from around the world, visitors can enjoy a truly immersive culinary experience.

In addition to its fantastic food offerings, Red Market is also steeped in local creative history. The venue features stunning art installations from renowned artists such as Eine, Roa, Proper East ,Phlegm, L7 and Stik. Visitors can even catch a glimpse of one of the last surviving Banksy’s.

Red Gallery - Shoreditch’s longest-standing cultural regeneration enterprise - is responsible for curating this unique space. Their self-funded collective has brought art, music and events to London’s East End community for years.

Partnering with Electric Star Pubs/Last Days of Shoreditch only adds to the appeal of Red Market. This charmingly eclectic collection of public houses transforms into edgy party dens at night while remaining quaint watering holes by day. It's no wonder that Hollywood’s Idris Elba, pop sensation Nenah Cherry and TV’s Miquita Oliver are known to frequent these venues.

Overall, Red Market offers an unforgettable experience for anyone looking for great food, art and culture in London's vibrant Shoreditch neighborhood.
