On Saturday February 11th, we’re going to steal a pizza your heart with a Valentine’s-themed brunch. 💞
We’ll be adding our special Valentine’s-themed cocktail, the Love Bird, as a bottomless drink option - it’s the perfect rosy-red colour, and a deliciously tropical mix of Pampero Blanco rum, almond syrup, pineapple, hibiscus, and maraschino liqueur.
Plus we’ll be giving the venue a romantic makeover, and the DJ will be playing lovers’ anthems from down the years. Whether you’re showing love to your partner or your pals, it’s going to be loads of fun!

As it's week, we wanted to share how we're tackling this sobering industry statistic by kick-starting the conversation on health and wellbeing with our team.
To better understand the needs of our people, and to make sure they are heard, we felt it was important to begin 2023 with a listening exercise.
So we’ve just launched our first anonymous Wellbeing and Engagement survey, designed for us to better understand the needs of our people, so that we can assist wherever we can.
We’re determined to take the learnings from the survey and translate them into a series of actions, delivered across the whole of 2023, that will make a difference to our teams' lives.
We know there’s a long way to go, but we're hopeful this will be a really valuable first step to improving our people's wellbeing.

At the Green Room, we insist on working with suppliers who want to make a real difference.
Which is why we chose to serve 's gin. Not only is this distillery multi-award-winning but it also partners with charity, donating £1 from every small-batch bottle sold to provide financial support to those in the theatre industry which was hit so hard during Covid.
The eagle-eyed among you will have noticed we also share a name - but we're not related in any way! 😙
