To get to Devonshire Square in London, you can take the Tube and get off at Liverpool Street Station or Aldgate Station. From there, it's only a short walk to the square. Alternatively, you can take a bus to the Bishopsgate or Leadenhall Street stops.
If you're driving, there are several car parks in the area, including the Minories Car Park and the Whitechapel High Street Car Park. However, parking spaces are limited and tend to be expensive in central London. It may be easier and cheaper to use public transport instead.
