🕰️ Seems like a long way away… but after more than 18 years, 18 months will fly by!

As we enter 2025…
It’s hard to believe that nearly two decades have passed since we first opened our doors in August 2006. Le Querce has been more than just a restaurant; it has been a home, a haven, and a labor of love for our family and for everyone who has walked through our doors. Together, we’ve weathered life’s storms—illness and loss, a global pandemic, and countless personal and shared challenges. But through it all, the warmth and resilience of our community have carried us.
We’ve celebrated incredible moments too—New Year’s Eve parties with a DJ in the early days, the birth of our deli during Covid, and the joy of watching children grow up into teenagers and adults at our tables. Your laughter, stories, and unwavering support have been the heartbeat of Le Querce, and we are endlessly grateful.
It’s bittersweet to share that in 18 months, Le Querce will close its doors for the last time. This chapter is coming to an end, but there is still time to savor the Italian food you’ve loved for so many years, and for us to thank you in person for being such an essential part of our journey.
We look forward to welcoming you in the months ahead, to raising a glass together, and to cherishing the memories we’ve made. Thank you for everything you have given us—your loyalty, your love, and your belief in what we do.
Let’s make this final stretch unforgettable.
See you soon,
The Le Querce Family 🩵

Final chapter!
Once removed from the oven, we flip the Panettone upside down and leave it to cool. And then the packaging. Wrapping the Panettone accurately is essential for its excellent preservation.
Now it’s your turn, slice the Panettone and enjoy! ✨

The dough has rested.
And now we are adding raisins and candied fruits over the dough, setting the oven, placing the dough in the Panettone mould…
