Produce and Fire are pillars of From the Ashes.
With in-house butchery we try to buy whole animals when possible, this allows to be creative when doing our Menus.
We produce our own artisan Argentinian Style Sausages, bacon and pastramis.
I am thinking may be Smoked treacle bacon stakes, can be part of the New Winter Menu.
Or may be some Pastrami Featherblade's?
