We are looking at selling one of our food trucks as we no longer have time to manage it through our busy summer period. It really is full of character and a real head turner. It’s in great condition for it’s age and can also be driven - we tended to tow it on longer journeys to preserve it though.
We used the vehicle predominantly for Mac & Cheese at various UK festivals, but we also recently installed a Fracino Duel Fuel Coffee Machine but have actually only used this for 3x days in total. Whilst the vehicle has had all of the necessary water/waste/power/gas work done in order to get going right away, it can also be looked at as a fairly adaptable set up if people do want to move things around etc.
It is currently equipped with the following:
- Previous owner had it converted by ‘Wilkinson Catering Systems’
- Lincat double gas burner
- Morco D-61B Gas Hot Water Boiler
- 2x Sinks
- Brita Water Filter
- 2x Candy Black Fridges
- LPG inlet on side of van and space for 2x 19kg gas bottles to be housed in the built in compartment on the side of the van
- 4x Internal LPG quick release outlets
- Internal strip lighting
- Gas shut off valve
- External 16amp socket
- Onboard space for 2x 19kg LPG Gas Bottles
All of the below has been used on ONE job for 3x days total

- Fracino Model B Grinder (Value New ~ £400)
- Under Grinder Knockout Box (Value New ~ £100)
- 2x 1L Stainless Jugs
- Misc cleaning brushes, group head cleaners etc

We’re so saddened to hear of our friend and fellow festival chef Davina who passed away yesterday. Davina was a huge part of the Radish family and a personal friend to all our family. We’re totally heartbroken. Our thoughts are with Michelle and her family at this moment. We shared so many amazing times together, we will never forget her beaming smile and laughter, such a massive loss. 💔 x

The Fashion Awards first started strutting down this particular catwalk over thirty years ago but it’s a first year for the Red Radish supermodels and a gig we were definitely delighted to win. Also great being back at the Royal Albert Hall so quickly!
