Our beautiful new space has been part-funded by the Towns Fund through the Stevenage Development Board, with support from Stevenage Borough Council.

Is it too late to say Happy New Year?
The past few months have been an absolute rollercoaster, and they’ve marked a transformational shift for Frequency.
Where do I even start.
I am proud to say that Frequency has not only opened its first regional site, but also a Roastery in Stevenage. Since mid-2025, we have been in talks with the wonderful people at to be part of Stevenage’s regeneration project. We took over a gorgeous mid-century site right in the heart of Stevenage Town Square and, with the Council’s support, have created a beautiful shop.
Completely designed from top to bottom by .arq and myself, we’ve delivered what I truly believe is an exceptional café combining all the elements that make Frequency who we are. It’s not just a coffee shop. It’s a place where people come to connect. A coffee roastery. A boardroom/coworking space. An events space. It even has a stage!
Thank you to .arq .air.conditioning for your patience and attention to detail. And above all, thank you to Stevenage Council for believing in Frequency and allowing us the opportunity to be part of Stevenage’s story.
The shop is now open to the public, and it has been incredibly heart-warming to see the wonderful reviews we’ve received. Suffice to say, we feel very welcomed by the people of Stevenage. Thank you.
If that wasn’t enough, three weeks after completing and opening Stevenage, we opened another site in partnership with at their new Angel Square building.
I’m almost lost for words at how beautiful the space is, and we are truly honoured to be here. From day one, this site took off like a rocket, and it has been such a thrill to operate in such a vibrant environment.
All of these spaces are special, but what truly brings them to life is our wonderful team. We are so lucky to work with such an incredible group of people. Thank you for your hard work and for making Frequency what it is.
There are many more exciting things in the pipeline for 2026.

We are looking for full time and part time Baristas to come and join our lovely team.
Previous experience as a Barista is preferable but not essential.
We are currently working towards some very exciting goals as we grow the company. These include opening more sites, developing our online and offline presence, and developing our in-house coffee offering.
We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, open-minded and keen to form a part in developing the brand and company.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be fun to work with
- Be hard Working
- Work well in a team
- Have a passion for Coffee
- Be reliable
- Be helpful in other areas of the business
We have a growing list of regulars that are passionate about the coffee they drink.
Every day they rely on us to deliver perfection in a cup.

Very excited to announce our upcoming Cafe and Roastery in Stevenage Town Square coming December 2025!
Since the moment we set eyes on this space earlier this year, we completely fell in love with it. A beautiful 330sqm concrete site inside a historic mid-century building.
We are very much looking forward to this new chapter of Frequency as we expand outside of London and form part of Stevenage’s regeneration project.

Flashback to this awesome campaign we did with across London!

What can I say?! 2024 was certainly a remarkable year for Frequency. We went from 5 shops to 8 shops in a period of 6 months and almost doubled the size of our team!
We served over 200 thousand customers, imported and roasted many tonnes of delicious coffee, catered for meetings, parties and conferences, hosted hundreds of meeting room bookings in our co-working spaces, served thousands of sandwiches, brunches, cocktails and pastries, and most importantly had a great time whilst doing it.
I am very grateful to our wonderful team without whom non of this is possible and thank you to all of our amazing customers who support us every day by visiting us.
Happy new year to everyone, I very much look forward to what 2025 will bring.
