Our spicy beef tartare is hand-cut, boldly seasoned and layered with flavour in every bite. Finished with fresh rocket, a snowfall of pecorino, and served with perfectly crisp golden crisps for that addictive crunch.
Creamy, spicy, salty, peppery... everything balances exactly how it should. This isn’t just a starter — it’s the kind of dish that makes you stop talking at the table for a second.
Technically, it’s made for sharing... but once it lands on the table, we’re not really sure you’ll want to.

Me: opens the picture
My heart: drops
My soul: leaves my body
My trust issues: fully activated
Turns out my staff are now using AI to trick me… and the worst part is, it actually worked.
For a good few seconds, I believed it.
I was already calculating the damage, the apology message, the cost, the stress, everything.

Chef: 0
Staff: very proud of themselves.

This AI is getting out of hands though!!
Honestly, my heart sank when I saw this picture. They got me properly. 🤭
