On Thursday 19th March, we’re welcoming Edinburgh’s (The Little Chartroom, Eleanore and Ardern) to The Silver Birch for a one-night-only collaboration with Chef .
Together, they’ll present a nine-course tasting menu shaped by their shared love of exceptional British seafood and produce, with dishes from both chefs capturing the best of the season and the first hints of spring.
Dinner tables are bookable between 6pm and 9pm, with the full tasting menu and an optional eight-glass wine pairing featuring Etna Rosso from Custodi, Querbach Riesling from Rheingau and Assyrtiko from Santorini.
