Some of the best ingredients in the world are right here on our doorstep. We’ll never forget how lucky we are.
That’s why around 90% of the ingredients we use are from the South West, working closely with trusted local producers and foraging from the incredible landscape that surrounds us.
Every ingredient has a story, every season brings something new and every dish is inspired by the place we call home.
There’s nothing more rewarding to us than celebrating Cornwall on every plate. 🌿

We’ve extended golden hour 🧡
With another heatwave on the way, there’s no better places to be than on our terrace or our restaurant overlooking the beautiful Fistral Beach. If you’re with us for the full tasting menu or just popping in for some snacks and a few drinks, we’ve got the perfect spot waiting for you.
We’re now open on Mondays too, so there’s even more time to join us by the sea. Mon-Sat, all summer long.
