Low Line Louie Low Line Louie is a café and bar located in the heart of South London. Founded in 2022, Low Line Louie is the third in series of cafés/bars created to give Londoners a place to come together, enjoy coffee, cocktails, cake, and more. After posting on social media announcing their decision to hibernate until early Spring 2023 due to the cold weather and economic challenge of operating a kiosk right now, good news remain for their patrons as their other sites Louie Louie, Walworth Road + Little Louie, Elephant & Castle still remain open.
