For two consecutive Saturdays in August, we were honoured to bring the flavours of Orrery by Pierre Minotti to Rathfinny W**e Estate.
Guests enjoyed a special menu by Chef Pierre, showcasing locally sourced produce and paired with Rathfinny’s Sussex sparkling w**es and Cradle Valley still w**es.

Introducing Mario Rakos, the latest addition to the team at Orrery by Pierre Minotti.
Mario joins as Senior Sous Chef, bringing many years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. Working closely alongside Chef Pierre Minotti, he will help lead the kitchen team and shape the development of Orrery’s seasonal menus.
