English Wine Week at Orrery by Pierre Minotti.

For this week only, guests may choose an English-only wine pairing in place of our usual pairings. Each one is chosen by Head Sommelier, Julio, to complement the menu while celebrating the best of English wines by the glass or bottle.

Exclusive set lunch menu pairings also available, including a complimentary glass of Nyetimber on arrival.

Pommery England Brut - fine, persistent mousse; bright orchard fruit and citrus, with a clean, chalky finish. An elegant opening to the pairing.

Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs - Pinot-led depth with delicate red-berry notes, subtle spice and a more structured, gastronomic profile. Long and savoury on the finish.

New Hall Single Estate Bacchus - aromatic and beautifully bright, with elderflower and citrus-led freshness, a gently herbaceous edge, and a clean, dry finish; a classic English expression that shines with food.

Simpsons Gravel Estate Chardonnay - precise and mineral, with lemon zest and stone fruit, gentle oak and a saline edge. A quietly confident white with real lift.

Simpsons Pinot Meunier - expressive and supple, showing fresh red-fruit character with a lightly savoury undertone. Vibrant, silky, and beautifully food-friendly.

Blackbook “Little Wonder - bright red-fruit character with a gently herbal, graphite-leaning edge. Fresh acidity and a savoury finish that excels at the table.

Loxwood Festival Honey Wine - floral and golden, with notes of wild honey and soft spice; an unexpected final pour that’s aromatic, rounded, and conversation-starting.

“Chocolat” inspired by Gâteau Opéra.

Built around the classic pairing of almond, coffee and chocolate, using 60% chocolate from Nicolas Berger for depth and balance.

A touch of Maldon salt enhances the richness, while almond ice cream scented with Amaretto brings softness and warmth.

Finished tableside with a coffee-infused crème anglaise, adding fragrance and a gentle bitterness to round the dish.
