Just a quick update, our prices for dining in will continue to remain the same, as will orders placed over the phone for collection. We do not feel it would be right to raise our prices, even though our costs have gone up significantly in the last two months. Everyone is struggling in the current financial situation.
It is not our lovely customers fault that ingredients have gone up, however we have increased prices on Just Eat for a few reasons and we hope you understand by £1.
1) we run at at tiny margins with Just Eat orders with their % they take
2) many fake orders are placed through their app and cancelled and we have to incur costs
3) any issues with delivery, we get the bad review and normally lose a potential client.
4) orders cancelled after being cooked, really hurts us, as that is pure loss as per attached.
Long term we hope to encourage dining in more and collections as those prices remain the same.
