Our purées are freshly frozen and can be used anytime within 4 months. Before serving, let the purée sit in a warm water bath for 10 minutes or in the fridge overnight. You can serve it cold or warm (our kids prefer it warm). You can serve as it is or by adding carbs (rice, pasta).
