On this day, October 31st, 1991, our family opened the doors to what was then Regional Thai Taste, a small dream built on love, tradition, and the joy of sharing authentic Thai flavors.

Over the years, we’ve grown, evolved, and embraced a new chapter as Chim’s, but our heart has always stayed the same: serving food that brings people together.

To everyone who’s been part of our story, from the early days to these past five incredible years as Chim’s, thank you!!

For this weekend only, a curated selection from our 1991 menu will be available on the specials board as a tribute to the soulful recipes created by the family members who first brought our kitchen to life.

*Water Supply Update!!*

We are happy to confirm we will open as normal at 5pm this evening.

We have had a good and consistent supply of water throughout the day and feel confident we can open this evening! Woo!

Please note, since ses water has not confirmed that the issue has been completely resolved, we will remain vigilant and will monitor the water pressure closely throughout the service. If at any point it’s no longer possible for us to operate safety during the service we may need to close with little notice. We are hoping it doesn’t come to this! 🙏

We hope everyone is safe and gets their water back also!
