Copycat - Roof Garden Acheke🤤

The way I’ve been craving Roof Garden Acheke since coming back from SL😭I wanted to do a copycat version so I browsed through and came across a post on TikTok where the workers at Roof Garden explained the procedures they usually use🤩I actually enjoyed it, I will definitely make it again🥳

Ingredients Used
Garri - garri, oil, maggi cube, water
Onions mix - onions, tomatoes, garlic puree, ginger powder, mustard, soy sauce, black pepper
Fish - tilapia fish, paprika, all purpose seasoning, crayfish powder, ginger powder, lemon juice
Chilli sauce - chillies, onions, garlic, ginger, maggi cube, crawfish powder, oil
Salad - lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes
Vinaigrette (salad dressing) - olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, salt
Cocktail sauce - mayo, ketchup, sriracha chilli sauce, garlic puree, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, salt
