I just finished these yummilicious very soft Ube cupcakes with ube jam fillings and ube whipping cream frosting for our Catherine Pot-Pot. She's coming this evening to pick these cupcakes and these are her most favourite cakes. She just came back from New York City and she celebrated her 30th birthday there. Miss her! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
