The heart of Junsei: fire, vinyl, and the counter.
Our yakitori counter is where the binchōtan grill stays close, the pacing is slower, and you can watch each skewer finished with precision — an omakase-style way to dine, guided by the kitchen.
Prefer a quieter table? We also have dining tables for longer dinners, small plates, and late-night drinks — the same food, just a different rhythm.
Counter or table — how do you like to do your Japanese dinner?
