The new bagel of the month (until the end of November) includes a delicious fava spread inspired by the brilliant Yotam Ottolenghi.
Ottolenghi writes: “I thought I knew everything there was to know about pastes made of various legumes, until a couple of summers ago, when I was holidaying on the charming Greek island of Kea (or Tzia) in the Cyclades and came across this variation, which is nothing like hummus or similar pastes.”
Our fava bagel features: 💛 Creamy Fava (crushed yellow split peas) 🧅 Sweet Caramelised Onions 🌿 Fresh Chives 🟢 Briny Capers 🌱 Peppery Rocket
This combination is a must-try for any food adventurer. Who knew split peas could taste this good?
