🐝✨ It’s World Bee Day ✨🐝
Today we’re honouring bees. The incredibly important creatures behind some of our favourite flavours including Beesou Honey Aperitif 🍯🌿
Crafted with British honey and natural botanicals, Beesou adds a delicate sweetness and floral finish to our spritz made for long, sunny bank holiday afternoons ☀️🍸
To mark the occasion, we’re serving up a crowd favourite: the Raspberry Honeybee Spritz Light, refreshing, and buzzing with summer vibes.

Delighted to share the news that we’ve been awarded the top 3-star rating in the 2026 Food Made Good Awards by the Sustainable Restaurant Association, recognising our commitment to doing things properly. 🍃
From locally sourced, seasonal menus (think Oxfordshire-grown asparagus, Norfolk foraging, and responsibly sourced seafood) to reducing food waste, and raising over 300k for brilliant causes.

50 days until the FIFA World Cup 2026 hits our screens.
And 5 tips to make sure you’re ready for it all kicking off on June 11th.
1. Make friends with the bar team
There are a lot of matches ahead. You’ll be seeing plenty of each other.
2. Get the app downloaded
No one wants to be three-deep at the bar when something happens. W3. Do a practice run
Bar > Table > Bar. No detours.
4. Choose your team wisely
And by that, we mean who you’re bringing with you.
(Strategically selecting shorter friends is entirely up to you.)
5. Don’t forget to book 🍻
We’ve got plenty of space for walk-ins, but if you fancy a table to cling onto when it all gets a bit tense… you know what to do.
