Il Sovrano London, located in Tulse Hill, is a deli that offers an exceptional culinary experience. The owners of this family business are passionate about their craft and it shows in every aspect of their operation. They take great care to source the finest ingredients from trusted suppliers, such as Elderflower, and even harvest some themselves, like the wild oregano they use in their dishes.
Their commitment to quality is evident in the way they treat each ingredient with care and attention. For example, every tray of focaccia is given a deep tissue olive oil massage before being served. And when their beloved team member Matheus left after a year of service, they expressed how much he had become like family.
Il Sovrano London's dedication to excellence extends beyond just their ingredients and staff. They keep their customers informed about changes in their offerings, such as switching to a new Puglian source for olive oil due to a lack of Calabrian harvests. And despite recent reviews criticizing their prices, they remain committed to providing the best possible experience for their customers.
Overall, Il Sovrano London is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking high-quality deli fare made with love and care.
