Filipino cuisine is an untapped goldmine! Whilst majority of people appreciate it for what it is, some people just don't get it. All we can say is 'Sorry not sorry!'

We had a customer saying how disgusting this particular dish is. How wrong could they be! Complained over the phone then complained online. Kare kare 'tasteless, oily and a bit fatty which made it apparently not edible and disgusting.

Sometimes you really need to lose a battle to win a war.
