💚 On Saturday 16th May, team Red Cup, Innervisionlifecoach Henal Chotai & Reena Chotai, collaborated with Mohammed Every Fish Bar for their first Chips 🍟 & Chat 💬 to mark Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

A fantastic way to get people involved about talking about their own or loved ones mental health struggles over hot, fresh chips. We received a lot of support from people passing by, many who said that this was the first time they had shared any of their stories. We just listened…with compassion.

Henal and Reena are also fully qualified Mental Health First Aiders with Mental Health First Aid England and they are always available for a non-judgmental conversation if you or a loved one is struggling.

Thank you to the team at Every Fish bar for keeping us supplied with endless portions of delicious chips 🍟. We highly recommend you try the food as it’s not your average fish and chip shop….Mohammed has curated a menu that incorporates food from around the world (the jollof rice and jerk fish are 🔥). He also cooks all vegetarian foods and all chips in a separate fryer 🙌🏼

Calling all businesses local to Harrow for RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS 🙏🏽

Zaiya’s school in Pinner has their annual Summer Fete coming up and they are looking for Raffle Prizes, such as restaurant vouchers, hampers, spa/salon experiences.

The fete usually gets around 800-1000 visitors and is advertised heavily within the school and local community. Previous big ticket prizes have included a London hotel stay, tickets to Paultons Park, dinner for 2 at local restaurants etc.

The Roxeth Show is confirmed for 4th July, so please save the date. We have now completed all the paperwork for the event and I am currently working through a number of grant applications!

As always, this is a community effort, so we would really welcome any support, particularly if you know of any local or national grants or businesses who might be willing to sponsor the day.

Raffle Prize Request

Hi all, Zaiya’s school in Pinner is holding a Comedy Night on 12th March and we would love it if any local businesses would be able to donate raffle prizes please.

It’s a hugely popular evening and parents do buy loads of raffle tickets (especially after a few 🍺 🍷!)

The school has over 600 students, so the advertising reach will be huge and will cover Pinner, North Harrow, Rayners Lane, Eastcote….so if you have a business there, then get in touch with us via DM.
