Our Endive & Rocket salad sits somewhere between light lunch and late dinner.
Bitter leaves, sharp edges, cold drinks, good conversations. The kind of side that feels right whether you’re two glasses in on the terrace or settling in for the full evening.

This weekend’s Spirit Showcase
Verdor Cocuy
A traditional Venezuelan agave spirit, made from 100% Agave Cocui in the arid landscapes of Lara
Produced using methods that date back generations, with agave that takes up to 8 years to mature before being harvested and distilled by hand
It shares a lineage with tequila and mezcal, but offers a more delicate expression. Clean, lightly smoky, with a soft, earthy finish
We’ll be featuring Verdor across a short run of cocktails this weekend
Available for a limited time at Carmel

Charred, juicy, unapologetically bold.
Flame-grilled onglet, sliced and dripping, with a campfire potato that’s seen some things, burnt onion petals, and a hit of chilli. Garlic cream on the side for when you want to take it further.
Dinner only. No compromises. 🔥

Plates for the table, drinks flowing, and no one stuck choosing just one thing.
At Carmel it’s all about sharing. A mix of small plates, bigger dishes, good wine, and cocktails that hold their own. The kind of food you pass around, go back in for, and end up ordering “one more” of.
Whether it’s a quick lunch, a long dinner, or a slow weekend brunch, this is how we like to eat.
Come hungry. Bring people. Order generously.

Cascina Iuli at Carmel
Next week we’re pouring wines from the hills of Monferrato in Piedmont, made by winemaker Fabrizio Iuli.
Working with Barbera, Nebbiolo and Pinot Nero, the wines are fermented with ambient yeasts and handled gently in the cellar, resulting in bottles that are vibrant, expressive and firmly rooted in their place.
Throughout the week we’ll be pouring a selection by the glass, carafe and bottle, alongside a three-wine flight.
Fabrizio will be joining us in the restaurant on Wednesday evening, and will be around for anyone curious to learn more about the wines.
If you’d like to join us that night, we recommend booking a table.
All wines will also be available to take home.
