Back in the kitchen with a French classic you don’t see every day. 🇫🇷🥩
Chef Robert prepares bœuf à la ficelle, gently cooked in broth to keep the beef beautifully rare, served with vegetables and a sharp ravigote sauce.
A deep Pinot Noir alongside? Even better. 🍷

A few quick questions with Chef Robert. 🇫🇷
He’s not cooking to impress other chefs. He’s cooking to express himself and make people happy. And for the perfect date night? Friends around the table. ❤️
JC and the team are almost back from their August vacances. We reopen for dinner on Wednesday 2 September - see you all very soon!

Something savoury, something sweet, and something to look forward to in September. 🇫🇷
Beautifully cooked pigeon, followed by strawberry and gooseberry mille-feuille with warm white chocolate and salted almonds.
We’re currently away on our August vacances, returning for dinner on Wednesday 2 September. À bientôt! ✨

A little rosé inspiration while we’re away. ☀️
Château Val Joanis from the Luberon, made for warm days, long lunches and those final weeks of summer.

Bœuf à la ficelle, cooked in broth until perfectly rare, with vegetables, sharp ravigote sauce and a deep Pinot Noir on the side. 🍷
One to look forward to when we return from our August vacances.

A few restaurant rules, according to JC. 😉🍷
Always have Champagne. Leave the wine snobbery at the door. Keep the music low enough to talk. And make sure the room feels happy the moment people walk in.
Chef Robert and the team are currently enjoying a well-deserved August vacances. We’ll be back for dinner on the 2nd of September.

A little summer wine recommendation from us. Château Val Joanis from the Luberon is one to try while the warm days are still here. ☀️
We’re currently away on our August vacances, but we’ll be back for dinner on Wednesday, 2nd of September. 🇫🇷

A super chef, a super waiter, and apparently a very happy place to be. Welcome to Les 2 Garçons. ❤️

The Les 2 Garçons pigeon. It’s succulent, full of flavour, and served with roast garlic that’s far too satisfying to squeeze out.
Have you tried it? 🇫🇷

Inspired by Chef Robert’s very first Saturday job in a bakery. 👨🍳
A mille-feuille of strawberries and gooseberries, with warm white chocolate sauce and salted almonds poured over the top. One dessert you shouldn’t miss. 🍓✨
