From garden to cup 🍓
There’s something special about growing your own fruit. Watching strawberries ripen in the sun, picking raspberries straight from the vine, and bringing those fresh flavours into your favourite brew.
For this recipe, our Strawberry & Watermelon Instant Tea is poured over freshly picked garden berries for an extra layer of sweetness and flavour, then enjoyed over ice amongst the very plants that inspired it.

Light, refreshing and effortlessly uplifting, this sparkling matcha serve is perfect for slow mornings or sunny afternoons.🍵
Ingredients
1 tsp ceremonial or premium matcha
30ml hot water (around 80°C)
150–200ml chilled sparkling water
Ice cubes
1 slice of lemon, to garnish
Method
Sift the matcha into a bowl or mug.
Add the hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the sparkling water.
Slowly pour the matcha over the top for a layered effect.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve immediately.

Take the tube to Covent Garden station (Piccadilly line) and exit via Long Acre. Follow signs for The Marketplace, which is a covered arcade. The tea room is located inside The Marketplace.
Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
The closest car park is NCP Covent Garden (Parker Street). From there, walk east on Parker Street towards Bow St. Turn right onto Bow St and then left onto Russell St which leads directly to The Marketplace where the tea room is located. Please note that driving in central London can be busy and it may be quicker to use public transport.
