๐๐ Happy 1st birthday to us ๐๐ - over the last year weโve served 20k+ sales, mostly which were multiple coffee and pastry (or ice cream!) purchases. ๐๐ป๐๐ป We proudly have consistently been open, closing for Christmas Day only and we canโt thank our staff enough for all your support ๐๐ป๐๐ป. contributes proceeds from each sale to , a local volunteer community group, established to make Latchmere Recreation Ground a place where there is something for everyone. ๐ค Rebecca, Hugh and their 4 children run and the culture is to work in tandem with local suppliers and businesses ๐ค. To get to the cafe at Latchmere Recreation Ground in Kingston upon Thames, you can take public transport by taking the bus number 285 or 465 and getting off at the Latchmere Leisure Centre stop. Alternatively, you can take the train to Kingston Station and then take a 15-minute walk to the park.
If you are driving, you can park your car at the Latchmere Leisure Center car park and walk towards the recreation ground where you will find the cafe.

Tandems Cafe is a family-run cafe located in the heart of Kingston's local community at Latchmere Recreation Ground. The cafe has been working in tandem with various organizations to provide exciting events and activities for their customers. Recently, they organized a Great Easter Egg Hunt on Bank Holiday Monday, which was a huge success. They also collaborated with Walk With Me, a parental coaching walk initiative, to offer a rejuvenating experience for parents. Tandems Cafe even had a special late-night opening until 8:30 pm in collaboration with Latchmere School's Parents' Association, where customers could enjoy hot drinks and snacks. The cafe also recommends books to its customers every month, showcasing their love for literature. With such an active involvement in the community and exciting events lined up, Tandems Cafe is definitely worth visiting when you're in Kingston upon Thames.
